Yes If you think of Garuda Sevai , what immediately comes to our mind is Nachiyar Koil Kal Garudan and next is Kanchi Varadharajar Garuda Sevai. But there is one more place where Garuthaman is famous that place is Bindinganavile in Karnataka, To known the Sthala Purana we have to go back to thousand and thousands of years back. The people of Bellur in now Hassan District wanted a Garuda Vahana for Lord Chenna Keshava in Bellur. So they ordered a Vahana at Kanchipuram and when it was ready it was carried all the way from Kanchipuram. In those days there was no freight containers or truck etc. So the people had to physically carry the Garuda Vahana by foot. So they carried the Garuda Vahana from Kanchi and they used to travel with Vahana all the day and when they reached the nearest Village they used to rest that night at that place and next morning commence the journey. Like this the Vahana traveled all the way from Kanchi and reached the now  Bindiganavile, They Saw Sowmiya Keshava Temple (Temple had existed then also). People halted that night at Sowmiya Keshava Temple. Next day morning after doing the Nitya Anushtanam they wanted to proceed further to Bellur so they tried lifting the Garudan. But they could not lift at all. They were astonished. They never faced any problem from Kanchi even thought they halted at so many places. Same time there lived a Palyagara (Local Representative of King) of Nagamangala named Jaga Deva Raya . Previous day he had dream, in that dream our Garuthaman tells I have come to place known as Bindinganavile which is under your territory and I want stay there, so give all facilities for me to stay in Bindinganavile. Then next day morning Jaga Deva Raya also lands up in Bindinganavile and he enquires from the People  about the Garuda Vahana, people narrate the incident that had taken place that morning. Then Jaga Deva Raya also narrated his dream, then one of the person who was carrying Garuthaman from Kanchi told that he also had similar Dream and in that Garuthaman tells that  I had the darshan of my Lord Keshvan and I don't want to to go to Bellur. So don't disturb me from here. Then they decided to do the prathistai, so they did the prathistai. at the place were they placed the Garuda previous night, Jaga Deva Raya made all facilities for Vainatheyan.

Daily Aradhanam was done to Sowmiya Keshavan, Sowmiya Nayaki and Our Vainatheyan. The Vahana was made in wood, And it was placed in Mud floor on a wooden plank, Soon the Ant Hill grew on it over the days. The ant hill fully covered the Garuda Alwar and then there lived a snake in that ant hill. The Archaka's used to perform the Thiruaradhanam to to Sowmiya Keshavan, Sowmiya Nayaki and also to Ant hill covered Vainatheyan, the Snake used to come out and play and go inside. , It never used to harm anybody. The Archaka's used to keep Milk for Snake in a vessel. Years rolled on. Then 800 years rolled on. The people prayed to Vainatheyan that it is ok now what will coming generation do for worship.

One Sri B K Garudachar who was in some trouble had dream and Vainatheyan told him that He is in ant hill hill and his roopam is destroyed by ants and he wants a new Moorthy in place of old one. Then B K Garudachar visits Bindinganavile and sees the place and finds the ant hill and prays to Lord Vainatheyan and asks him to guide him the next step. So Garuthaman once again comes in the dream of Sri B K Garudachar stating that His Archa Avathra Moorthy should be made in Sandalwood and then Prana Prathistai be done. So Sri Garudachar gets a Achari( Carpenter)  to start the work. They go to forest select the Sandalwood tree with good Lakshana , they bring it to Bindinganavile and place it in front of ant hill , they wanted to do Pooja in the morning and start the work .Next day they did Pooja and then lifted the tree and they were surprised to find the sketch mark of Vainatheyan ( In Present form) in the tree . The Achari was frightened because he thought in night there was nothing , but in morning full sketch is there and how can he carve the wood., but Vainatheyan told him nothing will happen and ask him to proceed. Then finally our Sculptor finishes the Vainatheyan Statue in wood in present form. Meanwhile one day the snake which was in Ant hill goes to the Moorthy of Keshava and merges himself with him. Then they wanted to do the prathistai of Vainatheyan for that he tell the Village Pramuk in dream that let them do Bala Alayam to old Moorthy and and remnants of old Moorthy be put in the Brindavan which was at the backyard of the temple. Then next day they do Bala Alayam to old Moorthy which was in the hill and they put all Power in Kumbam and then disperse the old Moorthy in Brindavan and do Prana Prathistai to the current Vainatheyan Moorthy , The Prathistai was done in the year 1931.

Every where you will  find Garuda Alwar in Vahana Roopam , but here he is in Shilla Roopam, Vahana Roopam and Archa Roopam. He is the Family deity for 10,000 people.

Here even Seriya Thiruvadi is also there the Moorthy of Seriya Thiruvadi was carved over a single night from the remaining Sandalwood.

Then there is another interesting story how  Anjaneya also Joined Garuda Alwar in  Bindiganavile . In  village chieftain's dream our Anjaneya goes and tell's that he is present in Bindiganavile temple and his body is burning. So the chieftain goes and tells to the pradhana Archakar about the dream and they all search throughout the temple and they could not find anything. Then they enter Madapalli there also they could not find anything, and finally they come to the stone stab where they used to mix the Puli Ogre Prasadam, They washed the stone slab nicely and there appeared a bimbam of Anjaneya , Anjaneya once again appeared in the dream of of Chieftain and instructed that he  should be kept in the starting of the Village. As instructed by Seriya Thiruvadi they did Prathistai in the starting of village. Seriya Thiruvadi is also given equal importance.

See The Periya Thiruvadi came and settled and Seriya Thiruvadi came automatically ( Udbhavam) so it really a very special place.

It is said Achrya Sarva Bhoma Ramanuja Charya stayed in Bindinganavile for three days.
